We  will explain to you how beneficial  juicing is and give you some of our favorite recipes to make . We will also make a full course meal loaded with healthy live food  , from appertizers to dessert. Everyone goes home with a healthy favor as well as notes and recipes. Spring is Here

Spring is here according to the calender,if only the weather was a little bit warmer.  Now is the time most people start shedding their clothing putting away all their winter garb. Then what?
